Welcome to SwayCasa! Our goal is to make your furniture shopping experience simple, clear, and enjoyable. Please read this guide carefully before placing an order.

1. Choosing Your Product

  • Browse our collections by category or search for specific items using the search bar.

  • Each product page provides detailed information including dimensions, materials, color options, and estimated production and delivery times.

  • For sizing, we provide measurements in both inches (in) and centimeters (cm) to help you choose the right piece for your space.

2. Adding Items to Your Cart

  • Select the desired size, color, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”

  • You can review your cart at any time before proceeding to checkout.

  • Ensure all selections are correct; modifications can only be made prior to completing checkout.

3. Checkout and Payment

  • Click “Checkout” to enter your shipping and billing information.

  • We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

  • All prices are in USD. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders $0–$44.99 → $10.00; Orders $45.00 and above → Free Shipping.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–13 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary by region and due to carrier delays.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

6. Delivery and Receiving Your Items

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. Note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

  • For damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
